We really hope that you love your order. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your return is processed, a refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 working days for money to appear again on your card or account.
Delivery costs are not included in your refund. All goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We cannot refund any items that have not been received safely back to us or that get lost in transit. Please ensure they are packaged appropriately so that they do not become damaged in transit.

Once your request is reviewed and it meets the cut-off date for returns for your particular order- we will email you a returns slip to print off and place into your box.
Please pack up your item, complete with all the tags and completed return form as failure to do so may mean we will be unable to process your return. Instructions over how to return will be sent in the same email to you.
If you choose to return your item(s) we aim to process your return within 14 days of receipt, however in exceptionally busy periods (such as during sales) this may take up to 28 days. You will be refunded using the same payment method by which you made the purchase.
